I’m Jonathan…

I’m a dual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping people navigate depression, life transitions, identity-related concerns, self-esteem issues, trauma, and anxiety. I have specific expertise in working with couples, men’s and women’s issues, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, exploring your identity, or feeling stuck in life, my goal is to create a compassionate and grounded space to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.

Mission

The stories we tell ourselves shape our lives. So many people create narratives about themselves that are not aligned with who they want to be and how they want to live. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help my clients distance themselves from these critical and self-defeating narratives. I do this by empowering my clients to release negative self-talk and rewrite their stories. My belief is that the connection between a therapist and client is the most essential element to facilitate growth. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for clients to thrive. 

Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative approach, combining aspects of several different modalities, including but not limited to:

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Client-Centered Therapy

  • Existential Therapy

  • Feminist Therapy

  • Trauma-Focused Therapy

I adapt my modality for the needs of each individual client to best support them in reaching their goals.
